The host was friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The delicious breakfast and convenient location added to the overall positive experience. I found the location to be quite inconvenient. It was a bit far from the city center and as a result, it took a considerable amount of time to reach key attractions.

The host was incredibly helpful, providing us with lots of information about getting to nearby Cinque Terre and recommending great places to eat. We even got a personal pick-up from the train station! The location was fantastic, with easy access to Cinque Terre and a cute town to explore.
The hill to the hotel was quite steep, which made it a bit difficult to get up.
